GUITAR KIDS WANTED FOR SUMMER FUN !!!

Rock out, play the blues, or hit a reggae groove. Come join us!

Introduction to tuning, finger exercises, and basic chords	Kids choose a rock song to deconstruct, rehearse and play	Fun lesson about reggae, kids rehearse and play together	Songwriting session, kids compose and play blues song	Recording session of all 3 songs, optional performance

Beginners welcome. Ages 7 and up. Come explore rock, reggae, blues, and songwriting in a fun group setting! Guitar is a fun way to develop creativity and focus. Students earn a certificate of achievement upon completion.

What Every Parent Should Know About Getting Kids Started in Music Lessons (pdf)

My lessons are comprised of:

Tuning instruction and ear training
Finger exercises for muscle strength, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
Rehearsal of selected pieces
Song theory – deconstructing chords, melodies and rhythms
Detailed outcome-based home practice instruction

Lessons are 45 minutes in length, with rates and specials as follows:

First lesson free
$36 per 45-minute private lesson
$24 per 30-minute private lesson (ages 4-7)
$27 per semi-private lesson per student (2 students of same skill level)
$18 per semi-private 30-minute lesson per student
(2 students ages 4-7 same skill level)
11th lesson free with purchase of 10 lessons
10% off for 2 students from same family
15% off for 3 students from same family
